All this place does is give u random test to take money from your insurance, say there is nothing wrong with you but give you  a prescription of antibiotics. That's why people are getting to the point antibiotics don't work. Good work doctors of medexpress. Quality facility.

Update: changed from 1 star to 3. The manager called me and apologized for the bad experience and was very nice

Most apathetic staff I've ever had to deal with. The doctor I saw was rude and obviously didn't care. I will not go back.

Went to Med Express Urgent Care because they are the closest facility to our home. My husband sliced his leg open and was bleeding needing stitches. We walked thru the door right at 8p.m., explained that he needed stitches because he sliced his leg open. He was nauseous and dizzy from bleeding so much. They said sorry we just closed you have to go somewhere else.  I'm sorry, if you were actually concerned about helping someone, they would have actually seen him. You don't tell someone who has a gash and is bleeding down their leg to go something else. Believe me when we need medical help again we will not be using this facility!!!! People in the medical field are supposed to be concerned about helping people. These people weren't concerned about anything but punching a clock! Thank you Med Express for people inconsiderate, self centered ass whipes!!!!

I was having right rib pain and right leg and foot going numb. They took me in 30 minutes before closing. The staff and doctor was great. They diagnosed my problems and treated it immediately. I felt better the next day than i have felt in a couple weeks. Requested i follow up with family doctor on Monday. You all rock in my world, thank you for your professional care.

I took my 19 month old in for what I believed to be croup, the wait wasn't too bad compared to the first time we went and waited 3 hours. The first nurse who saw us must have barely finished training, it took her 20 minutes to get a pulse on my daughter who was screaming as I had to hold her as this nurse tried over and over to get a reading. I should add she was content the first 10 tries, but after repeatedly squeezing the point between her thumb and forefinger while being held down clearly she will eventually start screaming.
Luckily another nurse came in to assist the first nurse, and it turned out the first nurse wasn't even putting the reader on the correct part of my child for a reading. So this woman had no idea what she was doing and traumatized my child by holding her down and repeatedly doing the wrong thing.
After only 2 tries the second nurse was able to get an accurate reading, but at this point my child was inconsolable because of the first idiot.
I saw a nurse practitioner who came in for 40 seconds maybe, did the quickest evaluation I've ever seen, then just told me they were coming in with medicine and left. They explained nothing to me, I had to ask the nurse what the medicine was and why they were giving it because the N.p. offered no explanation at all.
It took 2 people to hold my daughter down for a breathing treatment which I later found out at her pediatrician that it was completely unnecessary and would have absolutely zero effect on my daughter's viral croup. So i traumatized my child by holding her down to blow medicine in her face for 10 minutes and it turns out she didn't even need it. They also sent me home with 3 prescriptions for my daughter, antibiotics, Benedryl and Claritin. Her pediatrician confirmed she didn't need any of those either.
The only thing they did right was administer a one time steroid for her croup. It was literally all they had to do. Instead they traumatized my child with poorly trained nurses and filled her up with unnecessary medicines. 
I now have to continue administering antibiotics even though she actually did NOT have a double ear infection like they told me either.
Basically unless you want them to pump your kid full of unnecessary pharmaceuticals, then take them somewhere else.
The only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of one is because the nurse who rescued us when the incompetent one was wasting my time and upsetting my child. I hope that this good nurse's excellent skill set finds her in a more competent office one day.
