Everyone there was so nice!  And they were the ONLY place in WV to help us during one of the most traumatic experiences of our lives.  Very compassionate and understanding.

Nurse was miserable. She yelled at my daughter and I many times. It we the worst experience at a care facility!! The nurse was absolutely the rudest women I think I have ever met. She yelled at my daughter (who was already scared) and myself. I couldn't get over this place! This nurse should lighten up and if she doesn't like kids she should honestly find a different profession. One of way out I stopped to put my daughters coat on before we went outside and she pointed and yelled 'there's the exit!'  Seriously how in the world does this lady have a job there and why hasn't anyone else spoken up?
