I have been to this location multiple times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.  Yes there may be a wait but that is to be expected at a walk-in clinic.

This is the worst place to go for any type of care or services. There are atleast 10 people in the back carrying on and no one knows what they are doing or even waiting on patients. We have been sitting here for an hour with no one being called back or coming out. Worst service ever! Go to UPMC Urgent Care much better and professional.

I LOVE this place. It is clean and the staff is very friendly.  I have had the same female doctor twice. Once for me, and once for my son. She is very smart and kind.  She explains things thoroughly without being condescending.

Seriously. I call at 4:30 pm and inquire about a concern over the liquid antibiotics prescribed to my 4 year old. I call back 15 minutes to 8 and I am told they have been so busy and will get right back to me. 8:24, no one answering and they are closed... What kind of customer service is that??  Not to mention the first time we went there was for myself. We arrived at 6:25 pm. I had cut my hand open and needed stitches. I was in their room for 35 minutes, nurse or doctor come in and give me shot to make in numb. She then squeezes, opens, squeezes and opens about 10 minutes and tells me they can't stitch it cause I hit an artery. They wrap my hand so tight that my entire hand turned cold and blue. I got to the ER I got checked in and they see my hand. They were stunned a professional would ever wrap a wound like that. Then tell me that after 6 they always send their patients to hospital. Once I got to see the doctor he laughed because my wound was no where near an artery.. 

Shame on me for giving them another chance..

Thanks for turning me away because I didn't have my credit card on me. I know the number, expiration date, it's in my name. The only lady told me she always just types in the credit card number then another told me they couldn't do that. Terrible. That's incredibly messed up. You are absolutely terrible. I hope my allergic reaction doesn't reach my lungs and I stop breathing while I'm waiting for another place to open.
