Don't waste your time coming here. Total joke. I called before I even left the house to see how busy they were. I have a three year old who is sick and the her pediatrician's office was not answering. So, I thought I'd try MedExpress so she could be seen quickly. Ha! I didn't even make it past the front desk. I get there, they take some basic info about my child then ask for my insurance. So I tell them that our insurance is under my husband's name and social security number through TriCare. It's very simple. So she asks me for my drivers license and my military ID. I told Pat that I just got out of the Army so my ID is expired, but if she wanted to verify my name and photo, she could. She wanted to make a copy of it. I told her she cannot for two reasons: because it's a sensitive item and it's also expired. So she went and got Jill who argued that they are allowed to copy it. When I went to explain to them that I I will not allow them to copy it, because it is a sensitive item, it's also expired, and that SSNs are no longer in military IDs, she just gave me a hard time. I do NOT have to let anyone copy my military ID. Period. Then they tell me that I will have a long wait--after I already called to see how busy they were before I even left my house and they told me they weren't busy! That was 20 min! Thanks for wasting my time. And my daughter threw up in the car as we were in the parking lot getting ready to leave. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for not providing any care to a small child who was clearly ill. Thankfully the pediatrician office called back. She's going there. Never stepping foot in a MedExpress again. Sadly, this wasn't the first bad experience. The first was when my husband cut his face. If I could give "zero stars" for both experiences I would, but that's not an option. Sad excuse for health care.

Took my Daughter there for a fever. Checked her for the Flu and for strep. Found out it was strep. They prescribed medicine and she is doing great. Great place and great care.

Went in for my wife and asked them up front if they would treat a pregnant women and they said yes. After paying they took us back and informed us that my wife needed a chest x ray, but because of company policy they could not do one on a pregnant woman. The dpctor then told us we should go to the ER to get a chest x ray that he's not allowed to do. On a high note it was quick, they checked her for all of 2 minutes.

I myself have always been treated well and received excellent care by the doctors and staff. Yes, there may be a wait to be seen but that happens at the emergency rooms and other convenient care facilities.. I have been to this particular one many times and the last time , the doctor on staff saved my life by ordering an x ray of my chest and finding a nodule on my lung.... needless to say i was devastated but he was so kind and empathetic and helped me through the tears. I am forever grateful for this and will never say anything bad about this med express.
