One of the worst hospitals I have been too. Came in for pain and was told they couldn't give me ANYTHING. If you can avoid this place please do.

I'm have been in this room for two days and today they stopped caring!!! I'm burning up with fever and just had a hysterectomy. I am in so much pain & NO one cares!

Horrible patient care. Try and get your loved ones to a different hospital even though it means leaving the city. This hospital is a disgrace.

This service is horrible. My fiancé was belittled and treated like she wasn’t in pain. She told them it was a 7/10 and they acted like it was a 2/10 (this concerning a woman who things that having a torn rotator cup is a 6/10) They told her to take over the counter meds, even though they we told them they weren’t working (she was having to take 4 at a time with little relief). We explained that the pain had progress rapidly over the past few days. They only X-rayed her shoulder , where they said she reported the pain, not her back or her arm or her neck (where she had actually reported pain). We just got off the phone with the surgeon who is close to her grandmother and he wants to see her immediately because she might have nerve damage, I mean CLEARLY she wasn’t in pain like they all but said. They acted like she was a dope head lookin for pain pills when she told them she didn’t want any she just wanted to know what was causeing the pain. Overall this ER is a joke. I would rather died than take someone I care about there.

This hospital is a joke. The emergency room doctors are complete idiots.. And the nurses are too..
