Rooms were great but they had horrible customer service. Very young kids, too busy flirting with each other to take care of customers. In the morning they had a large buffet set with no attendants. No signs anywhere stating you would have to pay to eat at it. Me and my spouse got a box of cereal to take with us and a glass of orange juice each. As we were leaving we were stopped by an employee stating we had to pay for the buffet, $30 for both of us! I told them they could have the cereal back we didn't see any attendants and did not realize this. They made us pay. We asked for manager, another young kid who did not care. They said if we took stuff off of it we had to pay for it. At this point, needing to get to our event and now running late, we said fine and paid. After the fact we contacted the hotel manager and then the corporate. We were treated with the same disrespect as at the hotel. When suggesting they put a sign up stating you must pay, they said we should've known as we weren't told there was a free buffet. Needless to say, I will never stay at another Marriott.

Excellent rooms, excellent staff and great facilities. Easy drive to downtown Oklahoma made better by free on site parking. Loved our stay!

I have stayed here several times. They have finished renovations. My main complaint is the elevators; one was down the whole time (and apparently had been down for some time) and the other one felt like it was going to break. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel! It's clean, 5 star service, and amazing hospitality!!! I am giving 4 stars for 2 reasons. I hate the parking situation. I travel 80% of the time, I am a woman, so I have more than a lots duffel... I have several bags, computer, hanging clothes etc.... It's a jog to the parking lot around the back of the building, and the parking lot and the walk to it is DARK, and it's always full. It's a BIG DEAL for me, so much that I will not stay here again. The other reason is the coffee in the room... this is minor but it's a big deal when your on the 7th floor and they give you 2 little creamers. Every day this frustrated me because I would forget to grab more or ask for more. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, bar, breakfast perfect! Just be warned about the parking situation!

Elegant hotel, although the age has started showing now The rooms are decent sized and well appointed, although some of the fixtures are pretty old and in need of repair. There is a bar downstairs as well as Concierge service. Meals can be ordered to be delivered at the room There are a few conference rooms and a banquet hall Parking is available onsite, free of charge The staff is always courteous and helpful. Worth recommending
