It may have been a matter of circumstance but my wife and i had a couples massage set up in a shower- i probably would have cared less had we been told that was were we would be set up. When i made the appointment i asked if the massage would be a 60 min massage or if they had their own time for an hour, they said 60 minutes- it was 50. I wasnt thrilled with my massage but when my wife expressed the same feeling, it was a bummer. I don't often treat myself but kind of shrugged it off. It wasnt until my wife and i were checking out, the credit card machine wasn't working. The receptionist told us that it was a reoccuring malfunction with the credit card machine. So after multiple attemps of sliding and manually putting in the credit card numbers, My wife offered that we go get the money from an atm, the receptionist said she couldnt make us do that, i offered that we come back tomorrow and she said she needs the transaction to be completed for that evening. It was then that we were made to feel like we were the ones trying to dip out of the check, when it was the machine that was not working. I am not unrealistic, i understand that credit card machines are temperamental. When we said we were going to run to our bank to prevent an atm fee, the receptionist suggested we run across the street to a closer atm. My wife offered a credit card for the receptionist to hold on to, to which she replied "that would be nice", and thats when i lost my mind and any interest in being a return customer. We accommodated the receptionist and the employees and went across the street to the bank, where we did pay an additional fee to pay for this exceptional experience. I tried to contact the manager and send an email to the business before i put a bad review on line but there wasn't a place for me to do that on their website. Maybe this will help the business in the future. Hope it helps.

My husband and I had an excellent couples deep tissue massage. The spa was professional, courteous and very clean.

Just left my first appointment for a facial with Joanne and I am MORE than satisfied! The Spa is absolutely beautiful, everyone is very friendly and helpful! Joanne made me so relaxed I felt like I was melting into the bed. Needless to say I booked another appointment with her. Recommend her Joanne and Mediterranean Spa to anyone looking for some relaxation!

My daughter & I enjoyed a Day of Beauty package here today. I have enjoyed several spa days over the years but I would rate this one of the best experiences. The staff was courteous, friendly but very respectful of your needs to relax & enjoy. The Vanilla Scrub & Vichy wash were fantastic, as was the massage, facial & pedicure. Thank you to the staff & look forward to seeing you again soon.
