So pleased and happy with the whole experience!! I made an appointment with a Groupon and Katie was my stylist. I absolutely love the haircut and blowdry she gave me! The shampoo girl, Danielle gave me the best scalp massage I ever had! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Staff is so friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing and the salon itself, was just beautiful. 5 stars!!!

I loved the old Riverfront Salon, but wow, the new location on Water Street is even better! The decor is stylish, salon is immaculate, staff is welcoming and professional. Best of all, their highly professional staff use quality products and actually listen to what you want. My hair has never looked better and more healthy. Highly recommend! Ps...Katie, Michelle and owner Annie are the best!

Lovely salon. My wife uses them regularly and is very satisfied. People are very friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi.

I dont know where to begin, honestly i was going to wait until i completed the 3 groupon services i bought to write this review but im not sure if ill even be back there to redeem it, considering my experience was the oppisite of relaxing. First they called to move my appointment up which was great! I wanted to come earlier only to be called as im already driving there to come an hour later, okay no biggie. Then when i get there i meet marie my manicurist and tell her i have gel polish on my nails now, and getting a gel manicure. Marie seems to think gel polish is a foriegn concept and apprently in this salon they call it SHELLAC polish. Okay whatever. Considering they use this shellac/gel polish in the salon and even have the same brands they use at my other salon, she would know how to remove it. Boy was i wrong. I sat there for FOREVER for her to figure out how to soak and file off my gel nails while she complained about how busy she was that day she didnt even get a lunch. Also she cut my cuticle and whatever she used to stop the bleeding was very painful, i also paid 45 dollars for a pedicure on top of the groupon gel manicire and barely got a massage. Just overall not a relaxing experience. Between the apt time, getting cut, barely a foot massage, the frustrating amount of time it took her to even figure out how to get my polish off i dont even want to go back.

First time coming here for a manicure, and we loved it! Extremely friendly, relaxing, and professional. Beautiful salon and we will definitely be coming back for other services as well!!
