As a regular on the mega bus.we have always have a pleasant ride.except for today.on my ride back from Orlando I ask the driver a question and he was very rude and told me that if my didn't like his answer I could leave the bus. Iam and have always been happy with the service of mega bus.but I promise to let all my friends that take mega bus on a regular.that they allow their drives to be disrespectful and rude to their passengers. Every place I have went with Megabus is different....The bus drivers and the workers are nice considering having to work with people all day.....

Love, love, love Megabus! I travel atleast 6 times a year with affordably priced travel tickets. The double decker is a bonus for those that love to sightsee.

Good enough service for its price. Sometimes late though. Not that you can blame them with so many traffic jams. Still some notice in advance would be nice since you have to wait with your luggage in an open area.

Will recommend Megabus to everyone!  It was a very relax & joyful ride because the driver made it that way. Very professional & funny. Had everyone laughing. From now on this will be my way of traveling from Orlando to Miami. Great job driver!!  you have a very happy customer because of You! 🤗
