The customer service I have experienced here is beyond frustrating. I showed up 5 hours after my prescription was called in but was told that they don't begin the process until after I show up to pick the script up. Needless to say, I had to wait and additional 45 minutes before my script was ready. When I had my script refilled, the automated system informed me that it would be ready in 45 minutes. When I showed up 4 hours later, same thing. They didn't begin until I actually showed up. Another 45 minute wait. Today, I called in another refill and spoke to someone this time so I could give them my new insurance information. I was told that they wouldn't take the information over the phone. He said that I would need to bring my card in with me, which would postpone the process by 15-20 minutes. I certainly understand that they would like to scan my card into the system but the person I spoke to on the phone had quite an attitude which made it pretty clear that he wasn't willing to help out. I understand that these folks are busy but I don't believe that excuses them from taking care of their customers.

The people there are very helpful more upscale than a Walmart.  Great prices . Only downside is sometimes they don't have enough teller lanes open.  If i shop someplace I think they should at least provide a teller

Friday Night and they wer 5 technicvians and 1 pharmacist/  1 was hepng a senior gentleman and the rest were behind the glass laughing I waited for 15 minutes before they would comeout.  They were cleaning countertops etc.  A new technician I have never seen beforewith a black bun,  sauntered to the register  and she said "name AND birthdate?  then she did not have one of my RX's ready , we close at 9 you can come back tomorrow,  No, I will stay here and wait, thank you.  Luckily I have moved closer to  Clyde Park, so I will try the Meijer over there.  If it is not any better, I will head off to another pharmacy.  The pharmacy and the stores both appear dirty and poorly stocked anyway.The Pharmacist was a blonde, I have always seen problems when she is on because she is laughing with all the technicians.  Seriosly, that many technicians scheduled  and I had to wait while they cleaned and then the snotty little attitude from the girl whose bun was tied to tight.  Get a true adult working in there please!  There are a couple men that are extremely nice and go out of there way but the six that were on tonight, should go work at a bar.  It is scary that they are orking with medications.

There's at least one tech who talks about pharmacy customers behind their back, and to other customers as well. I don't care about other's illness, that's their business. Not yours, and certainly not mine. 
The straw that broke the camel's back is my current situation. I've been waiting for rather urgent medication for 72 hours now. I finally transferred to Walmart, promise pickup by 2pm same day.

this place has the worst customer service. I can't believe that all those idiots had to go to college for their jobs but still have no idea how to conduct simple customer service. They continue to promise medication will be ready by a certain time it never is. They don't bill insurance when you have it which results in them telling you to sit there for 20 minutes for them to fix "their" mistake. I've had it with this place the management needs to be fired immediately. I'm going to walmart.
