I will never go to this place again. I’ve been going there for years but not anymore. I was there for an oil change in November; however, they did not put enough oil into my car like before. I could have been in a very bad accident on a major highway (295) this past weekend because of their stupidity. It was 2.5 quarts of oil lower than it should have been. My low oil pressure light came on and basically shut down the car. 

I call in to speak with the manager on Monday and John, who says he’s the assistant manager, answers. He gives me attitude and gets very combative about it. He even says I was never in, yet I have the Meineke sticker on my car. He also said I brought in my 1999 Chrysler 300M, but that car was destroyed in an accident in June. So how could I bring that car in? 

John says that I was leaking oil or burning it. Yet, I had a mechanic check my car out and he said I had no problems besides that Meineke failed to put enough oil into my car when I got the oil change. I’ve previously had problems at this Meineke, where they gave me a paper with six different things that were wrong with my 1999 Chrysler 300M — and I took the paper to my mechanic and he said I didn’t have anything wrong with my car at the time. He said they were just attempting to use me to get more money out of me. I would highly recommend going somewhere else with your money. I will never go here again — and I will be writing a letter to their corporate headquarters about this matter.

I was so impressed with my experience I had to leave a review. I hate dealing with my 12 year old Mercedes it has been in and out of every shop around town and for the first time I can say I'm satisfied. 4 different shops couldn't find the problem causing a very annoying noise. These guys are great they found the problem and fixed it same day. Thanks guys I will be back.

Treated me with so much respect. Workmanship was outstanding. I'll never go anywhere else. These employees went above and beyond called me when they saw a additional problem to see if I wanted it done, how much it would be. Bless their hearts they even sent someone to get me at the end of the day As a senior I am extremely grateful & appreciative.
