No Pressure Sales Team, great experience.
I set up an appointment via their website, went a little early to  scan the lot and get a feel for the different models. I was greeted by Branden from the sales team and he asked what i was interested in and he had a car ready to test drive within 5 minutes. 
I told him my price range and he was able to get me several options based on different down payments and once i was happy with where my payment was, we knocked out the paperwork in a timely fashion. 
Drove my new car home in what i believe was under 2 hrs that included test drive, negotiation,  applying for a load, securing insurance and car prep, wash and fill....

Great Job Kia of Burlington...will recommend you to everyone i know.

This is a great dealership. I had the pleasure to work with Gary Abrams. He really took his time to make sure I find the car that was right for me. Everyone I came across was very respectful and helpful. I'm glad I was able to conduct my buisness with this dealership. I will definitely come back

I Want to THANK the KIA team for the best purchase I have made in a long time, I love my New car,😁 this is the best Dealership & Branden is one of the Best Salesmen around, I love the atmosphere of the dealership and all the amenities☕️🍪📱..plus the hold team is Edgar to please..the way car buying should be, again THANK YOU SO MUCH  KIA , Service department, Ryan, Henry, Ronelle and of course you Branden, and I will definitely tell my friends all about you guys(#1).

Please don't trust this dealer. My sister leased a Soul and she spent all her time charging it. She couldn't get near the 100 miles per charge  on the car she was promised.
This dealer couldn't even tell if car was a 2016 or 2017.  My sister just wanted to change lease to a gas car and they refused. She had it three weeks and left it there.
Don't expect good customer service here.

KUDOS to Gary Abrams who helped me with my first buying experience 3 years ago and now my second experience today.  I did not think the 1st could be topped, but Gary and his Financing Department did it again.  Thank you so much for the best yet experience.  All of my concerns and questions were answered AND they worked with me to provide me a fantastic deal.  I am committed to remaining a KIA consumer for years to come.
