Marc and everyone were very helpful from start to finish. Without feeling pressured they walked me through my options and in the end everyone left happy. Even my 5 yr old son enjoyed himself. When we are due for another vehicle we will definitely be returning.

My salesperson, Randy Taft, was very low pressure and professional. Both himself and the sale manager, met my asking price with very little hassle. I was in and out in 2 hours with no stress at all. Even the finance manager was professional and respectful. He only asked and offered some extended warranty options once and when I declined, he did not pushed a second time and respected my decision to decline. I shopped all the other local Hyundai dealers in my general area, and Hyundai City was the ONLY dealer with such a low pressure, laid back approach, which was greatly appreciated.

Rob Williams was patient & knowledgeable of the Tuscon my mom was "looking" to buy. Rob listened to  everything my mother explained she wanted out of her new car & he delivered. He went out of his way to show us the different models & explained their differences. Needless to say, Rob turned my mother's "looking" experience into a buying one & is now one happy customer!! She loves her new 2017 Tuscon Sport,  and as the saying goes..if mama happy, EVERYBODY happy!! So to sum it up, if you're looking to buy a vehicle whether pre-owned or new..stop in to Hyundai City & ask for Rob Williams!!

After completing a customer experience survey that Hyundai sent me following the recent lease purchase of a 2017 Hyundai Tucson at Hyundai City, I was contacted by my salesperson, Mark. He left a voice mail questioning me about a few of my responses, stating they were untruthful, even though I gave an overall "10" rating. Following that, I met with the General Manager and the Executive Assistant of the Owner, and they both spent a lot of time telling me how great the salesperson was and that he never had this type of complaint before even after listening to the voice mail. The closest thing I got to an apology was "I'm sorry for the perception you have of the voice mail that was left." All I can say is that it is easy to see why car dealerships have the reputation they have, especially after speaking with their top leadership who demonstrated complete disregard for a violation of my privacy. Whatever you do, DO NOT complete the survey unless you don't mind it coming back to haunt you even if you think you are doing the right thing.

I had a very good experience trading in my old gas guzzler for a 2016 Sonata Hybrid. Marc Dinetz went out of his way to assist me in my purchase. He was  had excellent knowledge of the various cars on the lot, whether or not they were hybrids and features of each vehicle,and the type of transmission the various years of Sonatas used, as they have changed.
I did not feel pressured to purchase a purchase a vehicle, (even though I clearly needed to)and the process was smooth right through financing. 
Marc also went out his way to show me the car's technology features the next day after I purchased the vehicle. 
I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Hyundai has come a long way over the years.
