Manager was one of the rudest person I have ever dealt with in service industry. He asked me to pay extra in addition to what I already paid via Groupon. First of all this shop does not have enough parking for customers and this rude manager wanted me to find one at my own. Then on top of it, he wanted to add additional 30% for oil and supplies. I took my car elsewhere and will never go to this shop again.

I've had nothing but great experiences since Brian Potts became manager of this location.  I know that when I take my Saab in, Brian and team will take care of it in a timely, efficient manner.  Kudos to Team Meineke, Rockville.

I went there awhile back to get an estimate on a cracked exhaust pipe + get an oil change while I was there, it was cracked all the way through around the midpipe area, but it is a simple fix if you have a welding machine available, so I thought it wouldn't be expensive. The estimate ended up to be around $300, which I thought was absurd for a basic weld job, so I declined it. While I was there and the car was still on the lift, they pointed out a 10 mm bolt that got into my tire, it did not puncture all the way through, so they were able to take it out without having to patch it. After going home, I thought about the 10 mm bolt in my tire and came to the conclusion that it had to happen while the car was in the shop because it did not puncture all the way through (a 1/2 inch or so was still out) and the bolt head was in pristine condition; if it occurred while I was driving there, it would've been fully lodged in and the bolt head would've been scraped up from the roads. The shop needs to clean up after themselves to prevent things like this from happening.

Great shop! Of course they ran tests on my jeep and informed me of all the issues that are wrong and will need attention but there wasn’t any pressure about getting the $1200 worth of work done then and there! It was a great experience and would absolutely go back again for the simple fixes!

Amazing hospitality!! Brian took care of the details! I cannot say enough about the great attitude they had! We were broken down from Indiana,with another 40 miles to our destination-Brian answered my call soon after 6:30 that morning,hooked us up with Montrose Towing and had my car fixed by 2:30! I couldn't pick it up until late that evening and again he came through and said any time is ok. I recommend these guys 💯%!!!
