I came here on Saturday and the wait was almost two hrs.... Other than that, staffs were friendly as usual...the fresh pop corn was a bonus.  Also, they keep their bathroom very clean .....I appreciate that very much.

I had an awesome experience at the store on Walerga Rd in Antelope Ca.

First off, they came out to greet us as we got out of our car.
Phil was the employee who helped us and I'm still amazed at the customer service he gave us. He was super knowledgeable about their policies and the way the work is done, and the few things he didn't know he found out for us right away. (We weren't just doing an ordinary purchase, our options started a bit complicated because we were switching from specialty rims and tires on our Honda Odyssey to standard ones and my husband is a mechanic and was willing to do some work to save money and we already had purchased used rims but needed new tires. Our used rims however didn't fit and Phil helped me pick out some rims (which took awhile because I was very particular with what I wanted). He just overall worked with us really well and seemed to actually care to help us. This is nice compared to going to places where employees seem to be bothered by questions or complicated situations, and don't care to help one find what's best for the customer because they want an easy job.
Time: exactly one hour for new tires and rims as they told me it would be before hand (with kids and planning this is super). 👍🏻
Tires look and feel great!
The mechanic that delivered my keys was also super nice. He was smiling and even made my toddler laugh and offered help, just super friendly and nice experience overall. This makes me want to come back, this makes me want to purchase from them. Great job guys!

I had a great experience when I tried to get my tire repaired here recently. It turned out to be too worn to patch but they put my spare on for me and gave me a VERY reasonable quote for four, new, name brand tires with a 40K mile warranty. I ended up going back a couple of weeks later to get the tires and have some brake work done and everyone was so helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new tires and or brake repair.
