This place has improved greatly. Good staff not always smiling but they get the job done. They move quickly answer your questions and boom your out the door!!

First impression as you walk in and are "greeted" by the person at the door.. is horrible! HERB was so rude tell you to step up as if he were a drill sergeant or some. No sort of professionalism. This is the most ghetto DMV i have been to. Smells like weed mixed with dogshit as soon as you walk in. The lights flicker on and off.. dont even let me mention the staffs rude and unprofessional behavior with not just me but everyone here. Dont bother coming here, the drive down to Elston will be well worth it.

Staff seems ok for a DMV office. This location seems terribly understaffed as it's so crowded there are at least 20 people standing. For 15 minutes, there were no "b" letters called. Prepare to spend 1-2 hours or more here for the most simple task such as renewing your I'd/license

This location has improve. Big time the agents working onsite. Are welcoming have a good manner to treat people. Also bilingual and Tony great guy fast and reliable . I due see the the agents willing to work with a good attitude I was waiting for. 2 hrs. But I was able to see big improvement and workers willing to work also. Wendy. You did a great job. Clean the bathrooms paint them put a paper towel dispenser and soap . It's a plus by having a biohazard dispenser for people who have medical conditions ++++ keep up with the good work and a little more maintenance.

Please read. This is my neigborhood so is hard to give this place thumbs down, but im tired of going here. I went to renew my license, i get there really early 7am they open at 730 and there is already a long line. So while i stand and freeze to death, the man comes out and lets all the people with only road test come in first, so all the people that just got there after, 15 people cut me. Now, i have a problem with this, because is not fair i got there ealry, i have my license, this is just to make it easier on them. The staff well they look like zombies all tired and craby i mean if you bring them a coffee you will win them over. Bs asside this place is just always running a skeleton crew, short staff all the time, too many people, and be ready to wait a while, and stand. Dont come in on tuesdays or saturdays is more full if you do come in really early. The place needs to be updated, hire more staff, seriously we pay to much taxes and fees and they are not doing anything with it.
