I went in here to update my license address - this place is the best! The staff are all incredibly competent and know exactly what they doing and what you need to do. They also are friendly and seem to adjust responsibilities depending on which section needs assistance. Least painful government agency experience I've ever had.

Literally the worst experience ever !i work and have a lot going on I got up early got my daughter ready to drag her to the dmv at 8:30 on a Saturday and got nothing done.was welcomed with a line out the door and a security saying you can’t come in (it’s freezing outside). The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Supervisor is completely unprofessional. I went just to get an ID recently moved and had no new mail yet but had paperwork from my bank and my job with new address on it, they wouldn’t take any of it. Supervisor was completely dismissive. I will never ever come here again. If I could make multiple negative reviews I would

This place service was always fast and friendly never had any issue and always had pleasant experience, until Liz (if that's her real name) turned rudness into a fasion, both times we were there she was distespectful, rude and unprofessional. It makes the world sad place especially when you encounter such attitude from state office customer service. We pay taxes and support our state and would lbe right to be respected by its employees as well. I am embarrassed for her. Liz sounded very childish when my neice didn't understand her, instead of being patient as customer service she yelled "Oh my Gosh!" Outrages "Oh my Gosh" to you Lady. Sad
