Tried to use my card but was declined.   Tried to connect to their website and it is a forbidden website.  I have over 10k and was stuck without any money in another city with no place to sleep or eat.  I tried to use it at an atm and was declined.  I was able to talk to their fraud department and they had no clue was going on.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A "BUSINESS".

Worst credit union on the planet.  I've used about every credit union and Bank in Idaho falls area. This is by far the worst of them all. Card services is a clown show. They are liars and no one that knows what they are doing. Service is rediculas and slower than tar.  They are unwilling to help when you have an issue with an account or a card. I'd rather trust my money to a 5 year old than this bank. They lie about everything and refuse to admit when they make a mistake. The worst. Stay away!!

It would be such a better customer service if you could stay open until 5:30...at least the drive-through.  Most of us in the medical and professional world don't get off until 5.
