I have called,4,times during , alleged opening hours, have been redirected to the answering service 3 times and after making that selection, Noone answers. This is a terrible system, especially since I phoned after 9am when the office should definitely be open. Turn on your phones please, a patient may have an emergency. This is not the first time this has happened and if I didn't like Larry Long so much, I would be long gone, as are the rest of my 4 family members. Please sort this out. I imagine it is something that can be changed with the flick of a switch.just found out, after 45 minutes of trying to speak to a REAL person, from their very curt answering service, that the office is closed until Tuesday!!! How easy would it be to put that at the very beginning of their message. It would save a lot of time and trouble for their patients, who are, in effect, their bread and butter and without whom their office would cease to exist. A little consideration please when everyone's time is short at this time of year. Merry Christmas to everyone and for those of us who are sick, feel free to self diagnose and self medicate lol.

Had an appointment to see a cardiologist ste #300 and they rescheduled my appointment twice! Voicemail stated the doctor will be unavailable. Come on! I booked this a month in advance! So disappointed. It's so inconvenient having to request off of work and the appt not go through. I do not recommend a place like this to any one.
