Really bad customer services, the front desk lady very  rude,  they  need to understand that this type of procedures sometimes are difficult for the patients, I don’t think that take to much time to be nice and kind.  Moreover, it is a lot of waiting  time after they sent you to second area to wait for the procedure, be prepare for be there waiting for almost an hour, and nobody is there to ask was going on. Definitely, if you have the opportunity look for a different location for your mammogram.

I have had my mammograms done at this facility for several years.  Stacy at the front desk is always very nice and efficient.  I have always received excellent treatment and the waiting time has never been excessive and the lounge and warm robes, drinks etc make the waiting easier.

Very bad customer service in general, all the employees were very nice otherwise they can not handled the quantity of patients ladies waiting for a mammogram. The waiting time is more that one hour and a haft,  and nobody will inform you about so please be ready to stay longer that your appointment time!!!
