Visited ER (10/25/17). Everything was very clean and tidy. Atmosphere and staff very pleasant. Special KUDOS go out to R.N. Kelly. She is probably the best nurse I seen in years!! EXTREMELY helpful and caring! I felt like I had a private nurse. Exceptional place all around. Would be happy to use this facility again, if the need arose.

Emergency Department(1/8/18). They have an amazing staff! Dr and nurses were so kind and caring. Very knowledgeable and passionate about they work. I feel I was given the care as if I was their loved one. They went out of their way to tell me bye on their way out. As I walked out they told me "Hope you get better. God bless you." I would definantly recommend them to everyone. TRULY AMAZING HEARTS! ♥

We brought our daughter to St. Luke's a little over a year ago with severe stomach pains and a possible bladder infection. She was admitted. It got worse from there. She was seen by a Dr. and given fluids and antibiotics. The symptoms got worse and changed. The short version is she went in with a bladder infection and after 3 days of ho hum treatment she was worse than when we brought her in. WE actually took her out of St. Luke's and went to Herman Memorial where she was diagnosed, treated and released in less than a day. Her bladder infection had turned into a kidney infection. The staff at St. Luke's was horrible. The floor nurses (I don't think they were even nurses) with the exception of 1 were all rude and uncaring. If you called them for something they acted like you were putting them out. We had to demand to see the person in charge of the floor we were on (I think she was the only RN on the whole floor). She was polite enough and seemed frustrated herself. Meals were late or didn't show at all and when they did they were cold. After multiple requests for fresh towels and washcloths (over the 3 day period) I finally flagged down a young man cleaning another room and demanded clean towels and linens. He was very helpful and apologetic and came to the rescue. At this point we had had enough and packed up everything and as we were leaving one of the deadbeat staff wanted to know where we were going as my daughter hadn't been formally released. THEN all of a sudden everyone was concerned, not about my daughter but paying the bill. I have excellent health insurance with my company so they got paid for basically doing nothing. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS HOSPITAL!

Went for an MRI. Nov. 28th, My second visit here. And second MRI In a couple years, I'm going to have a third one but it will not be here! Why? Because the people at front were so obtuse and seemed to care about only getting the money for the MRI. Also after the scan I asked for the DVD to take to my doctor, I was told that it would be forwarded to my doctor. NOT! And I couldnt have a copy. REALLY? I've been told this before... I fell for this a second time same thing happened the first time. I made a dr. appt. And paid for appt. And there was no film/DVD. Only the written report, no pictures. I am going to have to go DEMAND & get the disc again and reschedule and pay for another Dr. Appt. AGAIN! I'll be damned if you'll get a 3rd chance! I'm also filing a formal complaint against this hospital with Texas Hospital board and the BBB. I'm surprised they are still open. This is The Woodlands. We have choices!

This place is so incredibly unorganized. We have been sitting in the waiting room since 1:30pm. I mean seriously people.....hire more staff!
