Wonderful experience. Appointment was right on time. Schedule online before going. Was seen by a doctor & tested for flu. Everyone was so nice & helpful. Will definitely go again.

The facility was extremely clean and the front desk staff was great. It was very convenient that I didn't have to fill out any paperwork since my primary is a memorial hermann physician. I saw Dr. Hume within 10 minutes of getting to the facility and both he and the nurse were kind and knew what they were doing. I live in Pearland and pass at least 4 or 5 urgent care facilities, but I would definitely travel the extra few miles to be seen here again.

It was my first time at this facility and Dr. Patel and the staff here was very helpful, professional, and made my visit very comfortable. I'm an RN myself so I deal with different doctors on daily basis and I must say that Dr. Patel has great bedside manners and is very informative. He took his time to listen to my concern, valued my opinion, and gave me very detailed information about my condition. Very less wait time and clean facility. Highly recommended.

"Checked in" online and was seeing the doctor within minutes of my arrival.  Dr. Patel and the staff were all friendly and very kind. His bedside manner is great, he is very informative and makes sure you understand your diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Highly recommend.

Receptionist was extremely rude. She obviously hates her job, don't bother coming here. If they can't get basic customer service right, I doubt the medical attention will be worthwhile.
