I just recently switched clinics to this place!! They don’t care about your child’s well-being. I called on Thursday or Wednesday to make an appt and they said that to take him to urgent care because it would be faster.... like really??? Why do I even have my kids under you guys if he’s not gonna get seen by his own doctor. Now, I called today to try to make an appt and it was 4:30 from the first call I started making and it said office was closed! I even recorded a video to show that that wasn’t true. Also, like about a month ago I try to make an appt for both of my kids and they said they could put me in then they called me back saying if I could come in earlier then I was like yes, that’s fine then they called me again that they couldn’t take me in because the dr that was there didn’t accept my insurance then they put me with a total new dr!!!! That office sucks! The ppl there are rude too! Last time we were there I got there 15 min before my appt and everyone got there after me and everyone else went in but me then I complained about it then they got me 10mins after I said something but the dr’s assistant was being rude about everything! I don’t recommend this place.

I absolutely love the doctors and staff here! The wait is never too long and if i need an emergency appt they always work us in that day. We've been seeing Dr. Babber for over 8yrs now and love her! Only thing that Tx Children's needs to do is build a hospital center in the Clear Lake area!

Keeysha is the front office assit. there and she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help patients. Dr. Babber is very sweet and tentive to the kids when we see her. She may be in a rush, but she cares a lot. When my little one was hospitalized a few weeks later we got a follow up to check up on her from Dr. Babber.

I spoke to the coolest rep named Keisha! She was sweet as pie! Thanks girl for setting us up. You were a great help! I'm exited to go see doctor Jowers!!😎😃😘😘

We love the doctors here. Even when they are in a hurry they still make sure they have answered any questions the parents might have. The staff has always been helpful and quick to get back to us.
