Wonderful, caring, professional.  Everyone is so friendly and loving to the animals.  This was my first visit and I felt right at ease despite my rescue needing further treatment.  They took their time explaining the treatment regime even though I was the last patient of the day and it was way past closing time.

This hospital has the best staff! The location is great and they make me feel so welcoming. I always enjoy coming here especially when I see my cats name on their chalkboard. The chalkboard shows with fur babies are coming in for each day. I love how they acknowledge every name of the animal.

This place is the absolute best. When we moved to the area we researched a lot of vets nearby. We selected this over another one in the same area with similar reviews because based on their website Parkwood had what appeared to be an all/majority female staff, because girl power. What a great choice, clean facility, helpful & professional staff. The clinical staff takes the time to chat with you, including the vets and vet techs. They are not rushing out to get to their next appointment, and will discuss treatment options and answer questions. They come to appointments prepared, they clearly review the records before they arrive to treat. Our dog needed a lyme test because we had spent the summer in lyme disease country, the test is rare for this part of the country and they were able to figure out how to get it tied in with some other needed tests to save us money. I was expecting it to be super expensive since it had to be sent out. Prices are comparable to other vets, with far superior care and service, including the ones that bill themselves as "higher end." I cannot say enough about Parkwood. We LOVE them and will travel to them wherever we move in the area. Best vet we have ever used, and we have moved around the country a lot. I wish we liked their boarding packages, but we prefer play all day facilities. Don't take your pet anywhere else!

I boarded my cat for several days at Parkwood Animal Hospital.  I was anxious about leaving her since she had never been away from home before and was nervous in new environments.  The staff were very sweet to her and sent me daily updates on how she was doing.  I'm happy with my experience and would recommend them.

We love the staff at Parkwood Animal Hospital! Our dogs are always provided the very best care and the staff, technicians, and veterinarians are always very friendly and welcoming. We especially love Dr. Clark, however all the staff is wonderful!
