Few of the people here actually know what they are doing. It's really hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. Prices are comparable and their inventory is nice. Just don't expect a nice tailored like fit (again depending on who helps you out). Luckily it seems like they know this so most rentals are delivered in enough time to try it on and reorder anything that's doesn't fit well.

Sales consultant George Kaliku & Assistant mgr Monir, both went out of their way to have lucky brand jeans shipped from one store to another (Albany NY).  Both gentleman as usual provided exceptional customer service attitudes. Always much appreciated.

Ordered two tailored suits from there two months ago, the suits arrived six weeks later, both didn't fit with a wrong fabric... someone there tried to fix the problem for me and ordered a different suits for me, one came in a week later and another one a week after. They didn't fit right and they told me they'll fix it for me, however they fixed one and another one the pants were too short so they have to fix that one and now I'm stuck with a marks on my pants that I don't like and they didn't even try to fix it for me. My recommendations are don't waste your money or time going there to buy anything from them.
