The staff is rude. No one greets you when you come in. And this is not a one time thing, it's every time I come in. This particular time it was a little after 9:00, and I could feel that they didn't want you there. I overheard them telling another customer that they close at 9:15, I'm guessing it's so that can get all their work done by 9:30 (their advertised closing time), and run out the door when they actually close. I don't think so. It's not like they're working hard to keep the store clean. It's generally a mess. The tshirt section is always in disarray with things thrown all over. The clearance is not well organized and almost impossible to find anything. Two stars cause it's still one of my favorite stores, but frankly I'd prefer to shop online.

3 times this place has scammed me. I'll just state this current scam. They had jean jackets in the clearance section one with no tag, another ( darker Jean color) with a HAND WRITTEN tag on it saying clearance. I brought up both plus another clearance item( bc OMG bogo) so the cashier didn't have rummage through the disgusting mess her self. She's acting all confused because I had 3 clearance items instead of four and then finally looks up serial number of the color jacket I wanted and goes "ohhhhhh yeah that's full price". Am I being punked? What is wrong with this company? You have sky high prices and love to advertise your clearance section and can't even keep it organized or priced correctly. Such a joke.
