I was in a couple weeks ago and frantic about getting things ready for a wedding.    I literally had less than two weeks to get things together. Peter who helped put both suits together within a hour was great and also had great professional fashion advise. Everyone one from the youngs ladies who were very accommodating to the gentlemen who helped with the tailoring and fitting. These guys at this mens warehouse rock. It means alot to someone who also is in sales and  customer service..

I just visited this Men's Warehouse and had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Alan was very kind, professional, patient, and exceptionally knowledgable.  I definitely recommend visiting this store if you're looking for a very nice suit.

We rented at tux for Prom. We asked for the slim fit tux and paid for that! My son picked it up and it didn't fit properly, the pant were very wide and not slim fit at all, he left them behind to be altered.  We picked them up again and this time they were two short, the pants were so wide and short there was no way he could wear them.  We went back a third time and I explained the problem, the tailor said," it's a rental"! Meaning I shouldn't expect it to fit right because we are renting!  I explained I wasn't looking for perfection but he can't go to prom looking like he's wearing his Grandpas suit!  The tailor repeated, it's a rental!  He offered to sell me a suit off the rack, I suggested he just tailor the pants correctly to not hit the top of my sons ankle!  At this point two female employees stepped in to help and try to fix the problem, as the Tailor walked away he said to them , "it's a rental "  basically telling them I was being irrational.  The female employee helped us and put my son in a different pair of pants and had to alter them !  We then had to make a 4th trip to pick the tux up ( that we paid 260.00 to rent)  and when it came time to go to prom we had to sew a button on the pants and tape up the hem because it was to long!  I will NEVER do business with Men's Wearhouse again...the Tux was rental....but that's your business!

purchased 3 suits from this location. For one of the suits Alan gave me pants two sizes too big, Alan said tailor could get the pants to fit right. Tailor tried to fit the pants twice with no luck. At that point no one cared that my suit pants looked horrible and weren't fitting right. they blamed it on the cut. I was stuck with a suit I hated. I took my bad suit to their Arlington Heights location, they had my pants size, I tried them on and loved the way they fit. I guess it wasn't the cut of the pants.... Lucky for me Mark cared enough to exchange the pants for me. All I had to do was pay for another fitting. Needless to say I will never shop at the Wheaton location again.
