Story

Tina's Closet has been in Lisle, Illinois for over 30 years custom fitting bras for women who just can seem to find a Perfect Fit. Bras start at $35 and go up to just over $98.00. Prices are pre-ticketed with MSRP [manufacturer suggested retail price].

Customers can find a Perfect Fit in swimwear, cover-ups and accessories all year round.

In-house custom alterations are available to ensure that customers enjoy A PERFECT FITTING BRA!!! Some alterations can be done while you wait and that depends on the demand of customization needed to fill the needs. Maximum wait time for alterations can be up to one week so make sure you give yourself time if you know you need adjustments.

NEW CUSTOMERS are required to make an appointment!

LOYAL REPEAT CUSTOMERS can simply come in at your convenience. However, please be in the store at least one [1/2] hour prior to closing in order to give yourself enough time in the Fitting Room!

Tina's Closet carries over 50,000 bras in stock with shipments of bras coming in weekly.

Once you shop at Tina's Closet you are automatically on our Bra Club. Every 10 Bras purchased the 11th bra is FREE as a thank you to our customers loyalty.

I've been to Tina's Closet many times over the years and always gotten exactly what I needed. Two years ago, she went above and beyond to fix a bridesmaid dress (in a time crunch!) that had been altered by the bridal shop and fit horribly once I had the correct bra. So of course, when it came time for another special occasion dress, I made my appointment with Tina. 

The shop was rather busy for a weekday afternoon so after Tina measured me, I didn't see her again. One of her staff helped me find the perfect undergarments and made the experience truly wonderful. She was patient and didn't rush me, gave me honest feedback on how different bra styles fit with the dress and even gave me tips for ensuring the bra and shapewear would look right on the day of the event. It was a lovely experience from start to finish! Even if you don't work with Tina directly, her staff knows their stuff!

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and referred my mother and my sister to this place. My mother came in with me, but my sister decided to travel over an hour to come to your shop. I've never made an appointment, not on my first visit or any subsequent visit. For some reason, however, my sister was told to turn around from her hour long drive and come back at 2! I have spent hundred of dollars and over paid for bras that I've found for LOADS cheaper for this experience. It is frustrating to talk up a company for the "fitting" only to have them disappoint you by not only speaking rudely to my, but to my sister as well. To make the comment, "Tina is not a 10 year old girl with loads of energy," is ridiculous. To not attempt to accommodate a new, guaranteed, repeat customer is sad. Maybe you don't need the business, because you lost 3 very loyal ones. By the way, the bra that was custom fit for my wedding was terrible. The threading came loose and the failure of the unit shows in my wedding pictures and it looks like my boobs are about to fall out.  
And in response to a past review where you said that you don't expect people to like you....well you should hope that they do like you if it is mandatory that they see you at every visit much less the first visit. You are the reason people will or will not come back. And honestly, if I never had this terrible experience myself and read this post first, I wouldn't come back based solely on your response. It was terrible. Just say sorry for offending her and move on. You told her she doesn't know how pretty she is yet? Huh? You don't have to understand your sense if humor to know that that was rude.

I was helped by Tina herself and let me just say, she's wonderful! She was so helpful and had great expertise. The store was incredibly busy while I was there but I was in and out in under 45 minutes including my wait. I strongly recommend this shop and getting sized, even if you think you know what size you wear (like I did) you might just find a significantly better fitting bra with the help of these great ladies.

I have been going to Tina since I was a teen, I think I was 15 or 16 the first time I was there.  I'm now 38. Tina's expertise has helped me avoid back problems, especially since I am a larger woman.  She has no problems doing alterations or making recommendations for me, she also got me out of bras with underwire and helped me find bra that provide the comfort and support I need for the way I'm built.  She has always treated me like family and I love going here!
