I can honestly say pretty much every time I’ve come in this store for something I’ve had a problem. The worst...I mean, the worst customer service possible. I encountered a manager today that acted pretty sure of himself during a return. He treated me as if I was the problem. When I asked to speak with a “manager” that could help he poked his chest out to let me know he was the manager trying to boast about being a manager of multi stores (whatever BS he said) and at the end of it all he really didn't have a clue what he was doing.  I wouldn’t have been so irritated if he wasn’t so damn arrogant in fact. Shameful in fact. After today, and last year they messed up my tuxedo order the day of an event I’m pretty much done with this store. This store really doesn’t deserve 1star. Like, I don’t usually complain about things. So the fact I’m writing this is huge and that angry when I walked out of this store.

Bad experience all around with this store. Went to rent tuxes for my wedding, and they only show you the most expensive options available. Picked one because I thought there were no other options and later found out that they had nicer, cheaper options online. Went back to the store to be told by all associates there that the cheaper options for black tuxes were discontinued. Called their support lines and eventually the manager of the store returned my call and said that I could indeed have the option I wanted and switched it over the phone. Great! Except now they changed the color options for my guys. We ended up receiving only my tux correct. Two guys had wrong color vests. One had wrong color tie. All but me had wrong color studs and cufflinks.

We were out of town for a wedding and my husband brought the wrong size shirt for his suit. With only an hour until the wedding he ran to Men’s Wearhouse and they had him fitted, shirt pressed and on, and at the wedding with time to spare!! They made a very tense situation into a very pleasant experience! THANK YOU!!!!!

John is an MVP, hopefully I am spelling your name right. I had an interview that was set up 2 days after I sent in my resume. I went home to try on my suit to find it didn't fit anymore (college wasn't kind to me). John and the rest of the sales staff, were amazingly helpful and were able to get me a tailored suit the very next day. 

I did not have a pushy experience like other reviewers, in fact he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Yes the suits are expensive, but worth it. I have had employers ask where I have gotten my suits before, I always get them here.

My interview is tomorrow, and I know "I like the way I look." 

Thanks again John and the rest of the staff!
