My dissatisfaction begin in May when I went shopping for a swimsuit top and no one helped me until I was at the check out and then I was asked if I found everything all right. Which I had difficulty finding sizes and swimsuits and had to  leave the dressing room multiple times to find sizes on my own. Then I went back a couple months later to shop for bras and get zero help then. The staff that checked me out barely spoke to me or made eye contact. I went back to the store to find a strapless bra and was the first person in the store I got a friendly greeting and got help until one of the staff members friends came in and I was forgotten about. I no longer got any help and was very to dissatisfied with my experience there. I will no longer be shopping at Lane Bryant.

Absolutely fantastic staff.  Always a great experience!  Very high quality items.  I don't have a single piece from here that I've gotten rid of because it was too worn.  The only pieces I have parted with are ones that no longer fit.

Again, AWESOME AWESOME staff.  You definitely get what you pay for.  Thanks, Ladies!
