Very friendly & helpful had just what I was looking for will be going back again

Made an appointment a week in advance and got here in time. Then when they finally got to me I told them I needed to pick the tuxs out for my wedding they were like oh thought you only needed measurements. So had us fill out paper then ignored us for 30 min helping walk in customers. Tradeable customer service. Made a new appointment at different location in Manchester.

My soon to be daughter-in-law scheduled an appointment for 11:30 am. We filled out one piece of paper that took about a minute and basically stood around for 45 minutes while walk ins that arrived after us were assisted. I'm sorry if your store is understaffed, however we made an appointment for tuxedo measurements and choices for a reason. Just ridiculous. Why even book appointments if you're just going to assist people without appointments as the priority??   Needless to say we advised them we would not be staying.

Ordered my rental here for a wedding and during getting measured i clearly told the guy my jacket size since i wear a suit daily for work and yet still measured me and order a jacket a size smaller then i stated so when i picked up my tux the jacket didnt fit right and nor did the vest because he order them all wrong some advice if a customer tells you exactly what they wear you should probally listen to them instead of maken it a reorder and an unsatisfied customer

This review is more about Carl than the store as a whole. I have had success with Men's Wearhouse in the past but this time was a standout. Carl is exceptional; not only is he very knowledgeable, he has a sense of humor and makes you feel as though your event is important to him. I'm a fan.
