First, returning items ordered online is a breeze. Staff is friendly and courteous. I’m often able to find great deals on kids and adult clothing. If you’re lucky, they sometimes have strollers or outdoor furniture at a great price. Don’t let the price tags fool you, be sure to look up/around for additional % off signs (usually 30-40%!) This is the type of store where even if you go in not needing anything, you will leave with something! Finally, the clothes are well made and their guarantee can’t be beat!

Always great customer service. It is an outlet, so it will either have what you need or not, but they generally have a great selection. I find the woman's shoe section is not that good for smaller sizes.

Floridian here for the first time. Got my first winter gear and stayed cozy and warm, ish. It was really cold!

The quality of the clothes and products are good and the return policy is excellent. I have found the selection of sizes to be very hit or miss, however. Also, the prices seem very high for an outlet. I have an LL Bean credit card, so I often rack up coupon dollars, but when I go in to browse the outlet I often walk out empty handed because everything seems overpriced or they don't have what I want in my size.
