My experience was with Rich and I highly recommend doing buisness with him. He helped me with everything I needed. Very knowledgeable, professional and did not try to upsell me on things I didnt need. I was able to get everything I needed which was allot and I spent allot less then I expected. Rich made my visit about my needs not his sales.

I know Men’s Wearhouse is popular, but many of their items are house (generic) labels and overpriced. For example, I am tried on 2 suits, one was a Ralph Lauren which is a well known designer, the other is Pronto Uomo, their house label. THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME PRICE. That’s absurd. That’s equivalent to going to a car dealer and having the choice of either a Lexus or a Mazda for the same price. 

I think they take advantage of guys who either don’t know much about suits, or need something immediately. I would probably go to a department store like Macy’s or Dillard’s next time.

So I was here three times. Henry Underwood was my salesman the first two time and his honesty the best and was great but I️ came in today and he was there so two other associate was there to help me out, they had the nastiest attitude they were on their phone while I️ was waiting to get measured and one of them throw the pants I️ brought to get adjusted at my face and kicked me out of the store. Each time I️ go shopping I️ normally get at least 2-4 sport coats but after today I’ll never go back there again!

Walked in on Sunday and needed suits for my new job starting Monday. Henry Underwood gave me the best experience and far exceeded my expectations. It was clear that he made it his personal mission to make me look exceptional for my first day (and he succeeded). He was also sensitive to my budget. He is a true professional and was very pleasant to work with, I definitely recommend this location and will return once I'm ready to expand my wardrobe. Thanks Henry!

Awesome experience!  We walked in on a Friday at 4:35 needing to rent two suits for a wedding on Monday. Everyone worked at warp speed to get our order in by 5:00 (the cutoff to get the suit by Monday). They literally saved the day!!  A special thanks to James for all of his hard work!
