Just went to this store for the first time and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The selection was great, prices were super adorable, and the 2 girls working there were AMAZING! They were so helpful and even played with my baby for a minute so I could try on clothes. This just became my favorite store in Charlotte.

Very disappointed in the sales associates and management. I went to return a sticky bra that Sales Associate A encouraged me to purchase along with a dress I bought the same day. I asked this sales associate if it didn’t fit correctly if I could return and she said it wouldn’t be a problem. The next day I try on my dress and sticky bra and the sticky bra doesnt fit at all — I mean no where close to where it needed to be. I then look at my receipt to see that undergarments cannot be returned. Well upon discovering this I decided to call Vestique and explain my situation. Unsympathetic as I anticipated. I decided that I would go to the store and hope for better luck. They told me I should have read the sign by the door, that sales associates are trained on making sure that people know that they cannot return undergarments, and that i should have read my receipt (which I did after I purchased the sticky bra). Sadly to say I won’t be recommending this boutique to my friends or family and I will share my experience with my peers.

Very disappointed in customer service yesterday afternoon. Received a “dress” as a Christmas gift from this boutique, when I tried it on it was extremely short and barely passed my waist, so I went to return it yesterday in exchange for something I could wear. When I went in the lady at the desk was extremely unfriendly and she rudely said “this is a final sale so I can’t do anything for you”. This is not my first purchase at this boutique and everything I own is the same size as this item was. I did like this boutique prior to this, after this experience I will not be returning back.
