I read the reviews before going and wasn't expecting much after hearing how rude and unhelpful the staff was. I was pleasantly surprised. Alicia was so extremely helpful and nice. She took care of us and our experience could not have been more smooth. She knows her stuff and didn't try to oversell. I would highly recommend the location and Alicia.

I hope they can add a minus star option for the review. Unfortanately, the least possible is one star. Anyway, for any person who respects him/her self please do your self a favor and stay away from that place. What a disrepectful people over there starting from the manager to the staff. Unless, you come to the place to buy an inflated priced suit or something, you don't get any attention. Not to mention, when you wanna do a return. What a disrepectful place !

I needed a garment bag for my suit on the way to a wedding. Decided to get a belt also, and the salesperson noticed that my shirt was wrinkled. They offered to steam it for me. When someone goes beyond my normal expectations, I feel the need to leave a positive review. This was my first time in Men's Warehouse of Novi, but it will not be my last!

First time I went to Men's Warehouse was for my friends wedding a year ago. It was convenient and the price was lower than other suit stores for renting tuxs. It went fine the first time around. 

For my wedding a year later I went to Men's Warehouse for the same convenience and price. However this time I was treated with such disrespect that I have chosen to write my first google review on a business. 

I was simply going to the store to try on my tuxedo for measurements and the girl who was helping me was extremely rude. I sat at the rental station for 3 or 4 minutes without a single person saying "hello" or Ill be right with you. I said hello there and she snapped at me. She was rough and I felt I was rushed when trying on my jacket while doing measurements. The questions I asked her about my rental and fitting was met with annoyance and like I was bothering her. She was a shorter African American woman, about 5' to 5'3 just to add detail to who it was. What did I do wrong I asked myself to be treated this way? 

I addressed the issue with management next time I was in. She was apologetic and sorry for my bad experience. She made me feel a lot better. (I think her name was Alisha). I really hope that management see some of these reviews and know its time for them to make a change with some of the people who work at the Novi location. People deserve to be treated with respect, no matter if they are renting a tux or making an expensive purchase there.
