Just wanted to share my experience at this store. We had an awesome rep help us with everything we needed and more. Natasha exceeded our expectations at the store and answered every question me and my wife had about everything. She also took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us as well as took the time to connect and pair our new headphones and speakers for us! Also the manager was very helpful as well, he gave us really good deals on everything we bought and was very informative on everything.

I had such a great experience at this store!! I ordered my phone online and set up my appointment very easily. When I went in, Jeff and Samantha were the amazing. They helped me upgrade to the new iPhone 8 Plus from my shattered 6s with unlimited everything and Hulu included. It sucked having to pay the damaged phone fee, but I was prepared and they did remind me how I could mail in my old device instead of turning it in right there. It would have been no money outta my pocket otherwise. Made sure I was set up and could use everything before I left the store. Didn’t have the AirPods in stock the first time I was there, so Sam called me back the moment they go them in. Jeff even showed me how I could finance them with my account as long as paid the sales tax, which was a very nice surprise! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the great customer service!

Very nice store staff was helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the restroom was very nasty. Could definitely ya a good cleaning

Best staff in any Sprint store Ive been to. I've been with Sprint for 10 years. This is the location you need to go to.
