Nico is the best. I walked in and he remembered me from the last time I was in. He didn’t remember me by name until he checked the system but remembered what I did for work, the suit colors I already had and my sense of style and the details I loved. I don’t where suits for work anymore but showed me how to combo my suit tops with the proper bottoms to still keep it nice for a night out. The whole crew worked together from the tailor to nico’s help keeping the store clean and in order. Great Job!

Eugene Kurlikin has been my wardrobe consultant for me at this location, and he successfully helped me get my first tailored suit. The first time I came in was less than an hour before the store closed. Despite coming in late, having several questions, and being very picky, Eugene helped me choose the right suit and make the appropriate alterations. I also got 3 shirts and a pair of shoes at the time - the colors, sizes, and styles fully dependent on Eugene's fashion advice. I learned that, if you don't have a strong sense of fashion, you need to trust your wardrobe consultant. I originally had my suit jacket sleeves lengthened more than Eugene had suggested due to my lanky and tall build, but the sleeves came out too long when the alterations were complete. Eugene had reminded me that his suggested sleeve length would be more fashionable, so I went ahead with having the sleeves altered to the appropriate length. I was happy to learn that altering something that has already been altered (re-altering for lack of a better term) is done for free. Some of the negative reviews I read about Men's Wearhouse before I went regarded people not being happy with how their suits fit and the customer service. Those types issues may be related to the lack of communication between you and the wardrobe consultant. There were several garments I tried on that didn't fit perfectly, but I notified Eugene specifically of what part(s) felt incorrect or uncomfortable. Using this information, he guided me to a suit that wound up fitting great. The wardrobe consultants can't feel how the clothes fit on you, so you can't expect them to know exactly what needs to be different. It can also be embarrassing admitting that you don't know how to be fashionable, but being honest with the wardrobe consultants can help guide you to a great look. Sorry for the long review. I was very hesitant to spend a large amount of money here, but I was pleased with the end result.

Terrible experience with this store. They sold my son a suit that was too small, then refused to exchange for a larger size, despite the fact that it was never worn and was not altered. My son was bullied into buying the smaller suit by a very aggressive sales person. When he got home, it was clear the suit was too small. Pants were fine, but he could barely move his arms when wearing the jacket. Even when we tried to exchange it, the store manager insisted it was the right size. We even took it to an independent tailor, who agreed it was about 2 sizes too small. Ridiculous. I will never purchase another thing at Men’s Wearhouse. A complete waste of money and time.

Not a busy place, very convenient. Can return rented items to any location (returned in another state with no issues at all).

Fantastic service. I have no fashion sense and came in last minute before an event, and they still set me up to look great.
