As my husband and I entered the shop a lady welcomed us so I mentioned I’m looking for a wig which she responded “you should’ve make an appointment coz we only take appointments, but look around” I was stunned but i didn’t took it seriously. She camback and asked how can I help? Responded it’s my 1st wig so I need help. She also said well it won’t be your last. She assisting a nice woman who complimented my wig I tried on but the lady helping me was in a hurry she also mentioned “most of my clients are cancer patient so I don’t like to keep them waiting” which I responded I understood and that she could go ahead and assist her which btw there were two people there. What I was really not happy about was when I asked if she could help me find a wig that would look great she just mentioned well I have tons what do you prefer? I honestly don’t have any idea so I pull out Bellami pictures but she only got 1 hair that I can try which was Dixie. And also she mentioned she has stairs of wigs and she doesn’t have a time to open new boxes for me to try. I’ve onky tried 4 wigs. 2ndly I also asked if she could help me what other way I could arrange my hair which she fakely said “I don’t have time for a 30 minute tutorial” I was shocked by her response and she quickly told me “I’ll chexk the price it’s $195. Since I liked the hair my husband bought it together w/ a hair net and a brush $220 isn’t that bad but w/ that customer service it is really poor. It’s my 1st wig and prolly my last! ALSO I WONT COME BACK TO THAT STORE ITS HORRIBLE! Thanks for the aweful experience. Hopefully not all 1st timers get the same experience.

I spoke to Rori over the phone after doing some internet research.  I was looking to purchase a new wig for my mother-in-law and her sister as gifts. Rori was very nice over the phone and an appointment was scheduled for me to bring both ladies in for personal consultations.  Our appointment was MORE FUN than we ever thought!  Rori and her assistant, Olivia, were exceptionally courteous, helpful and professional throughout our appointment.  They were helpful in selecting appropriate wigs for my mother-in-law and her sister to try on - worked with them on narrowing down the color they preferred best - and were nice about even showing them clothing & jewelry they were interested in  - without being TOO pushy.  Very nice shop - very nice people - great prices - and very personable.  I will recommend Transformations by Rori to anyone looking for a new wig in the future.  Thanks ladies - we truly appreciated your help and it was a wonderful experience doing business with you!  Best wishes and keep up the GREAT work!!

Very welcoming! found a girdle garter in my size, they know there sizes!  Rori, Soto, and Olivia are people you can trust to talk to them about your needs and desires. From a new hair piece to a makeover, accessories, foundations, shoes, and on and on! I total one stop shop for getting you back to your gorgeous self again!  This is my favorite store in Arlington Heights and the store hours are most convenient. Just go, have a look...you will be glad you did!
