My son and I came to the Williston store with an emergency on our hands: my son's suit pants to be worn at his uncle's wedding had been left at home, hours away. We discovered the pants were missing only an hour before the wedding and made a mad dash to Mens Wearhouse. The store was busy but one of the managers immediately attended to us. In less than twenty minutes the manager had found a nicely matched pair of boys' pants, fitted them, and hemmed them. As we were running out the door the manager asked if we had dress socks. We did, but for the color of pants left at home - the manager grabbed a pair of socks and tossed them to us, free of charge. The store went far and above expectations to help my son out in crisis. We are grateful.

Got a suspender with a broken clip held together with a safety pin. I was told this was my fault for not checking it at the store. How is this not the fault of the people in the hub who package these things. Or maybe the people who received these at the store? Sorry but maybe customer service just isn't the way it used to be. Blaming me seems kind of weak.

This was a great experience. I was married last year and I found the experience at David's Bridal and Men's Warehouse to be wonderful! They treated me seriously, which is more than I can say for the local bridal shops. I was 24, but I do look much younger, so either people did not think I was willing to spend money or just didn't take it seriously. Men's Warehouse and David's Bridal did! I bought my dress through David's Bridal and received a coupon for my now Husband to rent tuxes for both him and his grooms. The colors we chose at the Bridal shop correlated perfectly with the colors at Men's Warehouse. The people at Men's Warehouse were quick to get us in for fittings. What I loved the most is that our out of state Groomsmen were able to visit their local Men's Warehouse to be fitted, and could use our name to pull up the styles we chose. They then had the option to have their suit shipped to their local shop or ours. The man and woman who assisted us were knowledgeable, stylish, and considerate of our desires. They were personable and tried to know us. Everything went perfectly smoothly on the big day and returning the items after was a breeze. Highly recommended for ease of use and relationship/coupons with David's Bridal!

Great service! Was told about the 2 for $500 sale, ended up getting $2,000 in suits for $750 with tailoring. Personally, their tailoring expenses are a great price and well worth the money spent. The salesman and tailor were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by Men's Wearhouse. I went in to rent a tux and found a very modern and sharp one for a reasonable rate. They also had a good selection of shoe and dress items that I have had trouble tracking down locally. If you need any dressy stuff that you can't find elsewhere around town, this is a good place to look. NOT just a rental shop. Pro Tip: Don't say the word "wedding." Just say "it's for a black tie event." Recommended.
