Drove over 2 hrs to bring girl clothes to sell. Staff said it would be about 3 hrs and they would call when they were done. No problem, ( had a little shopping else where to do.) After 3 1/2 hours though I called and they said they were done. When I got to the store to pick up what they didn't want and thought maybe I would buy some things there since I am expecting again, but this time a boy. The staff informs me they didn't want none of it because they are very picky about their infant clothing and some clothing had stains. Clothes were cleaned but had been in storage and they said their was a odor to them. The least they could have done was call me as soon they knew they didn't want any of the clothes and not have me waste my time out there than I already had. I have had clothes bought for me from there and I do not anything more from this company. They have very little respect for people's time.

Pretty sad when you travel an hour to your store to get some store credit on a small box of clothes, and the clerk says that the store has met its quota for the day and isn’t accepting anymore. You may want to post this on your website so that people can plan ahead. I guess we will continue to use our local shop here in middlebury.

Stopped in today with two dozen winter jackets... Was asked by Pam to come back in a half hour. Came back 30 minutes later to be told Pam just left and they can't take them all today, but they can take a few if I want. Shannon was extremely rude!! These are all excellent condition and look 10 times better than the ones on the rack for sale. This place is a joke. Three workers standing behind the register with no customers to wait on and they were too busy to take these and told me to come back tomorrow. No chance at all that I will ever be back!! A mother to five kids I have a ton of clothes we go through and I will give them away before ever stopping by here again!! They waste a lot of money on radio advertisements about buying kids clothes when they don't want to even buy excellent condition clothes. They are lazy!! They are cheap!! They are rude!!

When I came to turn in Halloween costumes in excellent condition, they turned them down because of a little wear, even though most of the clothing in the shop was poorly taken care of. They should have been able to fix a small rip with a needle and thread! Do not go there for anything, although Plato's Closet seemed good enough.
