Second time we have tried to go there to sell clothing. First time the were closed for Memorial Day but did not mention that on their site. This time they were under staffed on a Saturday so were not accepting clothes....they would tomorrow. Unfortunately, we traveled two hours one way each time. We will not return.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Iv been coming here for years and have always had a good experience until today. I was told they could not take any of my clothes without receipts because one hat had a small hole in it that looks like it had been stolen. Iv been working retail for the last 3 years so I'm always buying new clothes and getting rid of old ones. The bag of clothes I brought to sell were totally fine and in good condition, some things I had only worn once or maybe not at all. They accused me of being a theif and refused to take any of the many clothes I had brought. I will never be shopping or doing any buisiness with platos closet ever again. I won't be recommending this store to anyone I know either.

Kind of expensive for a second hand clothing store. Very small selection for men but the women's section is huge. Staff was very nice.
