We love this store! It sound weird, but it's a great family outing. We all enjoy browsing and finding interesting items. The kids love the candy/toys and the shopping cart ramp. My husband and I love that we can find everything we need for our home improvement projects.

Love Menards. This has become my favorite store. Close to home, great prices and good help! A girl can't complain.

I so hate this store. Home Depot is priced better and the customers are treated better. First the store is infested with mice. Every time I have been in this store I see them and the feces are around the food area and it doesn't get cleaned up. I would not purchase any food in this store. Second, the owner or management is so worried someone is going to steal something it's ridiculous. Customer service is poor. One other thing is when I take something back the cashier wants to give me store credit instead of my money back. I also get a veteran's discount at Home Depot or Lowes so my time and my money will be spent at these stores and not over priced Menards.

Very high theft store. They have security as well as asset protection working the store daily as well as audio and video recording. They will confiscate any suspicions returns or high value returns without a receipt from you. They have alot of hit and runs in the parking lot and the exterior cameras will not help you or the Police get license plates. Park in the back of the lot if you must shop here however it would be best to find another Menards.

Ask for help to locate where to pick up my order, they sent me all over. Finally found it after I've been looking for 25 minutes. Ask for help to load up 20 hardi board. The workers said they will go get someone to help, but no body show up. By this time the wife is getting upset, so she called and talk to the manager, not until now someone showed up. But I've already loaded 10 pieces, carrying 1 piece at a time from inside the store to the outside yard... wish there was Home Depot near by.
