Still waiting on my refund from a purchase made well over two months ago. I never received any products and it seems impossible to be refunded. Not happy with the experience at all. Seems like a small company like mine is not a priority to a big company like this. And I'm sure after this post still nothing will change.

Very very very rude employee threw a tantrum after I posted an anti Hillary Clinton ad on Facebook. After she had lost the election. She had called me an uneducated hillbilly because I only went to college for two years and got a diploma. Now, that didn't offend me, nothing really does. I was told I am a sexist and I just sit back and expect all women to do the chores. I then proceeded to tell her that my wife also has a full time job that she went to college for. She tried explaining to me that my wife's job, a cosmetologist, is not that hard, anybody could do it. "Ok" I said, "if it's not that hard, then why are you required, by law, to go to school and graduate to be able to work at a salon"? "She said its not that hard of a degree to get, being a cosmologist is easy". That's what reply pissed me off. It's one thing to create an argument with me, I could care less what you think of me, but when you drag my wife into it, game on. Oh one other thing, I am a mechanic, I buy tools. Without uneducated hillbillys like me, guess what??? YOUR OUT OF A JOB!!

Helpful people, and many things to choose from - making one stop rather than many. But I've noticed you pay for the helpfulness and convenience, even when you bargain a better deal.

takes too long waited over a week for just a quote not even to start work, had to call and see what was going on, they told me in the next day or two I would get a call. almost another week no call so I picked it up and went somewhere else
