went to paint section and guy was very helpful and responsive. then was searching for command strips. searched in section with screws and hooks and could not find. went to aisle to look for help from employee. found 2 employees (one male and one female) in conversation. stood for while waiting for break in conversation. women appeared to be on the clock. guy was employee but pushing a cart(shopping?) . was totally ignored. went back to aisle to look again. came back. same 2 employees standing in aisle and continuing to ignore me.

I like Menards prices and rebates. That's pretty much it. It seems every time I have to go there I get stuck with the employees who are barely able to breath on there own, let alone actually provide a service. Tonight's melon head was Kallie at the returns desk. It was all I could,do to get her to understand the concept of returning items. I guess,when you're to busy leaning on your elbows and yawning at the desk its,just way to much to grasp your job duties. After way to many times trying to explain what I needed I finally gave up and stopped trying. Kallie is to exhausting to have to deal with on a,regular basis.

Because nobody beats there prices you really do save big money at Menards. I own a construction company and saving money helps me out big-time. There weekly sale is always huge. Way better than The Home Depot and Lowe's put together. Thank you for coming to our area Menards.

The variety of stock is fantastic but had a hard time finding employees. As large as the store is it would've been helpful to have better customer service.

It took forever to find a clerk to wait on us. We waited a good 15 to 20 minutes before we finally found a person! This was back at the contractors area. There were others waiting also. They are always short of help. However, they do have a good selection of merchandise.
