Family owned and operated for more than 40 years! We serve the tire and automotive service needs of customers in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Our name may be Tire Discounters, but don't let that fool you - tires are just the beginning. We do more to make your tires last longer. We can inspect, recommend and fix almost everything you need to get your vehicle up to speed. Our services include new tires, alignments (We're home of the free alignment), oil changes, brakes, custom wheels, shocks and struts, performance upgrades, batteries and other automotive services for both your personal and fleet vehicles. Went to Wal-Mart's auto center to get a tire today 10/6/17. I had gone there Monday but was told they took their last car at 6:30 since it was closer to 6:40 I left and was only able to come back today. I get there at 6:05 and am told they are not taking any more cars. I speak to 2 managers they assure me the car will get done tonight. Now I am concerned that they will back up my car but as one manager tells me it will be done right the other foes outside to talk to the crew. I walk outside only to hear the guy tell the manager he is leaving at 7pm that will leave one guy back there and he doesn't have time to do it. I tap the manager on the shoulder tell him to forget it and that they have lost a customer and leave. I then call tire discounters and James answers. I ask him what time they take their last car he says they close at 7 and asks how soon I can get there. I am on E but at the gas station near them and I tell him that and he says come on by I am going to come back here for all of my future tire needs as well as oil changes! Will took care of my care and was very patient with me even offering to stay late as my daughter had my old tire in her car with my hubcap on it. The customer service here on a Friday evening has been EXCELLENT!!! Way to go guys and thank you again!!!

I want to give a shout out for Tire Discounters and William today for being professional, cordial and fast when installing a set of tires on my daughters car. The car rides great. I mean a NOTICEABLE difference. There is a great crew of people at TD. They were SLAMMED with business, but get you in and out quickly. It is amazing to behold. Thank you TD. Thank you William.

Went in to get a slow leak patched in a tire. It was time for a oil change so I figured I would have them change my oil too. when I picked up the car the tire was still leaking. Now four weeks later my oil filter has fallen off and ruined my engine. A week has gone by now and after promises from the district manager to get a rental car get the ball rolling on the repairs still nothing. avoid this place unless you need anything besides them checking the air in your tires. And I would question if they could get that right.
