I give three because the prices are good, but not a very good experience there. The outlet is massive and they have maybe one person working there. I came in two times with an appliance already picked out and just needed to have someone ring me up. Both times had to wander all over the store to find someone working. Plus, their website is not accurate or up to date at all. The Livonia Sears Outlet is far better to this one and I won’t be back here.

Recently went in to purchase a dryer, we get home and the cord to plug it in is missing. Who would of thought that the cord needs to be purchased separately!! Would have loved to know this before I got home.

Buyer beware!  I wasted 2 hours at this dive on 1/18/18, there was literally ONE person working the entire store, we already had our appliances picked out and simply needed to check out.  We stood at the front counter for over 45 minutes like morons, finally someone showed up, and the items that were in stock were not in stock (don’t trust the website), and were told to “try the Taylor location” 1 hour away, at 7pm at night.  

I will never shop at another Sears or a Sears Outlet again, the stock price says it all.  Stick a fork in it.

**note - I was remiss to add that I applied for the Sears card to get the extra 5% off, the application went through and we were told AFTER the application they didn’t have the items!!  What BS! I immediately closed the account before the useless Sears cards were even mailed to us.

While I appreciate the district manager reaching out (see below), you are a day late and $3500 short...  you have serious integrity issues at this location (aka. flat out lying to customers, fyi-  this is the second time at this location).  

I found a similar store Madison Heights that deals with scratch and dents called “Noble Appliance”, do yourselves a major a favor and shop there.  We found a very similar item, BRAND NEW for even less money.

Customer service was great.  I was helped by a young sales associate Bryan, and he was extremely helpful.  Great prices and great service.
