This place is huge, and great, but I'm confused. I came here for a dimmer switch, which was to the left of the dog food and men's pants, and no where near the oil filters, fashion magazines, or on sale valentines candy. I can buy syrup, but not primers, and laundry soap, but only get to choose from 34 different designer dog collars. There's whine, but no cheese, and half the lumber is outside and half inside. I saw a satellite dish, but no televisions, and they have small windows already built into portable walls, who needs those? I either have walls or I don't, where would I take a window that has a wall attached?

I love this place more than Home Depot or Lowe's, the prices and selection of Menards always seems to be better than any place else. You can also get some awesome food products here. The sales seem to be frequent but random on the items so you should get things when the ad shows them. The discount merchandise shelf at the front offers some good sales like recently $3 for a big jug of salsa. I have also never had a problem with returns here as long as the product is in a good shape they will take the excess you buy like shelf brackets, unopened building materials etc. The store in general is clean and orderly although the order can be odd if you're not a regular customer. Like rope and chain are not in hardware but next to automotive and trailer parts. The staff are quick to help if you just ask and most are knowledgeable about their department and skills used for the products like installing flooring or fixing plumbing.

I love this store. Some of everything. Prices are good. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It a wonderful shopping experience.

We have came there multiple times for appliances and other things. Today a worker Neil inspired me to leave a review. Everytime we needed him and helped us even if he couldn't he would find someone that could. So this review is for Neil for being such a help.

Love Menards! Cheapest laundry detergent in town. Their other items are great too.
