Fantastic.  People are super nice and know what they are talking about.  They are so great to the community also.  Been cutting my son's Pinewood Derby car all his years in scouts.  My go to place to get personal service that can't be found in the big mega stores.

I can't count the number of times this store has saved me time and travel. Their shelves are well stocked with an amazing variety of items for a store that size;  always clean and well attended. Although the big home improvement stores may have a better selection, the Powell Road Zettler is a welcome alternative when you want to get in, done and out quickly. Nice folks, nice store.

Refused to take a company check after we have been shopping here for ages. Makes me consider stopping all my business with any Do it Best brand.

Great customer service and all the products you need. The staff is very knowledgeable. It's like how old hardware stores use to be before the big box super stores.

Definitely on par with any of the 'big box' stores.  Frequent this store for the ongoing home projects my husband is always working on.
