Pretty pathetic guy at the check out desk this morning at 9.  Absolutely useless.  Had a broken craftsman wrench to replace and he barely looked up from his phone when I asked him for help.  Totally unable to problem solve.  Probably could be replaced by a rock.  The two other guys there were cool but I'll try to avoid this place in the future, even for simple things.

Started great, selected a dishwasher and set up install time, everything was good to go....  that when the fairy tale of things working as they stopped....  No call/no show for prescribed time from (Albeit third party installer) which does not reduce the frustration of having to schedule the requirements of a special needs child along with the rigors of the daily grind, insult to injury by being on hold for 45 minutes (At the point I hung up) the store was less than receptive to my frustrations (Granted they themselves didn't actually earn them) but did agree to a refund.  Bottom line, unless you have tons of free time and low need for service avoid this place, unless you like being left fuming mad and STILL unserviced...

This is the first review of any kind that I have posted for any store. I could not believe how fantastic two employees were at the Henderson Sears store in a time of need this summer. My daughter was graduating the next day, company was coming,  and my refrigerator/ freezer went out. I called the store and explained the situation. Within 2 hours I had purchased an excellent back up freezer and refrigerator, mini versions,  at their store,  and they were delivered by Sears and set up in my home. Thank you so very much for  going above and beyond the call of duty to save the day!

Its a pretty good store. People are friendly and willing to talk to you and generally someone knows a bit.
