Love to shop at Menards. They have just about everything you need for home projects and cheaply priced too and they have groceries.....what the WHAT?! I live in Elyria township and we have our Lowe's and Home Depot's and I'll drive to Sandusky to shop at Menards. I'll be honest when I say the associates are hard to find when you need help. I know they have other things to do like stock and things of that nature but there should also be enough of them to walk around and ask customers if they need help without us having to go look for them. It's a big store and things are spread out everywhere so finding things can be difficult. When you do find someone, they're usually busy with someone else. Hire more people Menards!!

Excellent experience. There was staff available in each department I shopped, which is very important to me as a consumer. I found all I was shopping for on this visit, an the materials I need for my next project with the help of department staff. Just my opinion: When you don't staff each department know one is there to answer questions which sends me to shop where I can ask the questions before I make my purchase. I do understand the man hours but you also have to look at it from the consumers perspective, we want someone to talk to that can help us...
